IB Program Examinations and Schedules

May 2025 IB Exams

As we approach the upcoming IB May 2025 examinations, this page provides everything you need to be fully prepared. Please take time to carefully review the information below.

1. IB Exam Schedule

May 2025 IB Exam Schedule (͵ÅÄйÃÜ & IBO)

Make sure you know:

  • Your exam dates and times
  • Your subject-specific exam locations
  • To arrive at least 15 minutes early to each exam

2. Exam Location

All IB exams will take place at:

  • Administration Building – Second Floor - Conference Room
  • Administration Building – Second Floor - Mindfulness Center

Please double-check which room your specific exam will be held in.

3. IB Rules & Regulations

  • Academic Integrity: Cheating or misconduct will result in disqualification and further disciplinary action.
  • Electronic Devices: Strictly prohibited: Phones, smartwatches, unauthorized calculators. These items will be confiscated if brought into the exam room.
  • Bathroom Breaks: Breaks are permitted but will be monitored.
  • Inform the invigilator before leaving.
  • Late Arrival: Arrivals over 60 minutes late will not be allowed to enter.
  • Food & Drink: Only water in a clear bottle is allowed. All food and other beverages must remain outside the exam room.

4. Key Updates for May 2025

  • Two-Hour Supervision Rule:

    Students must remain in the exam area for at least 2 hours after the exam begins. Example: If your exam is from 9:30–11:00, you cannot leave before 11:30. No electronic devices are allowed during this time.

  • Calculator Memory Wiping:

    You must clear your calculator's memory before and after each exam. Follow IB's guidelines for approved calculator use.

5. What to Bring

  • Writing tools: pens, pencils, erasers, rulers.
  • Approved calculators & extra batteries (where applicable).

6. Final Tips for Exam Success

  • Plan ahead and revise regularly.
  • Sleep well the night before each exam.
  • Stay calm and trust your preparation—you've got this!

June 2025 IB Mock Exams

Important Information for Year 1 IB Students and Parents

As we prepare for the May 2026 IB exams, students will participate in two rounds of IB Mock Exams:

  • June 2025 during the final exam period
  • January 2026 during the midterm exam period of Grade 12

The June IB Mock Exams are designed to replicate the official May 2026 IB exam schedule. Students will sit for two exams per day. Please note:

  • The exam schedule is fixed and will not be modified.
  • Students who are absent due to illness must submit a doctor's note.
  • Refer to the attached documents for both the IB May 2026 Examination Schedule and the ͵ÅÄйÃÜ June 2025 IB Mock Exam Schedule.

Note: IB Course Candidates must also follow the ͵ÅÄйÃÜ semester two exam schedule. If any conflicts arise, students should prioritize IB exam sessions and make the necessary arrangements.

Calculator Reminder: All students must bring an approved calculator on exam days where applicable and review the official IBO calculator policy.

Exam Day Reminders

  • Students must arrive at least five minutes early.
  • Exams may extend 5–10 minutes beyond the posted time due to IB procedures and reading time.
  • Some afternoon sessions may finish after 3:45 p.m. — students relying on school buses should plan alternative transport as needed.
